- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have an hourly rate but I charge by the project, especially when electrical and plumbing are involved.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out as a franchise business owner and found myself fixing things to save money because I was tired of how flakey contractors and handymen can be. I realized I was really good at it and take a lot of pride in doing it.

Everything from large commercial jobs to very small residential
