My name is Kyle and I have been a personal trainer since 2015. My degree is in health services management, but I also hold an ACE CPT, as well as Body Pump, Group Exercise, Wellness Coaching, Nutrition Coaching credentials. My focus is on getting my clients on long term sustainable plans that take a wholistic approach to their health. I have been in personal training and nutrition coaching since 2015. Ive been everything from a wellness coach, to a personal trainer to The Director of Personal Training for the YMCA. I have been running my own training/nutrition business since 2020. “Good is the enemy of great” - Jim Collins - Kyle Iacona. Kyle is the kind of person you want to emulate. Not only did I find myself a well-informed and sophisticated personal trainer, but an inspiring mentor and trustworthy friend. His passion for and commitment to achieving a lifestyle he's happy and at peace with is contagious. Kyle understands that building the habit of regular exercise is just one aspect of the overall objective. Most people are focused on and distressed by their physical appearance and various health problems, then proceed to firmly justify why they can't take the actions necessary to produce positive change in their lives. Kyle brings a depth of insight to his clients in understanding and improving the "unflattering" and "weakened" parts that exist internally, leaving us stuck in dissatisfaction with ourselves. What isn't advertised in his services is that you develop a growth mindset secondary to effectively, safely, and routinely crushing your fitness and health goals. To have a personal trainer like Kyle is to have someone who believes in you and will surely maximize the potential you've had within you all along. With his expertise and humble (yet “no-bull”) attitude, I’ve transformed into a mentally, emotionally, and physically stronger person. A person’s fitness journey is an intimate and vulnerable one. Kyle truthfully cares about all his clients and is purposeful in helping them overcome the barriers that typically overwhelm and unmotivate them. Not only did he personalize a workout routine that helped me achieve and maintain a physically fit body that I'm so proud of, but I fell back in love with being in my own skin. He helped me build the integrity and self-respect I was missing to be consistent with my health and lifestyle goals across all contexts. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He is very kind while working together and ensures that everyone feels comfortable along the way. He explains things very well even if I’m learning something for the first time. It is obvious Kyle truly cares about the well-being and growth of his clients. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone I know.

I trained with Kyle for one year. He understood my fitness goals and tailored my workouts accordingly. He took the time to explain the exercises and how they contributed to my fitness goals. During our workouts, he was attentive and pushed me outside my comfort zone. In some instances, Kyle identified that I was struggling because I wasn't lifting heavy enough (I didn't realize that was an actual thing). He identified muscle weaknesses impacting compound lifts and programmed different workouts to address the issue. Kyle challenged me every session and helped me increase my workout volume by 50%. He utilized various training methods like supersets, eccentric overload, drop sets, and training to/through failure to keep the workouts engaging. By the end of the year with Kyle, I was lifting much heavier weights with proper form. I still utilize the methods I learned from him.

Kyle has been a fantastic trainer to work with, and I can't express enough how grateful I am to have him in my corner for my fitness journey. Staying consistent was an issue for me, but Kyle's approach to helping me set and meet goals has changed working out into a passion for me, and it no longer feels like a chore.
