- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard price list, although I have many specials throughout the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients personally and professionally. I try to learn about the family's hobbies and interests so I can be able to incorporate them into my photos. I enjoy doing this because I feel that it gives each session a sense of personality; making Client A's photos unique and different from Client B's photos. :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification for Website Design and Development, where I studied Photoshop editing the entire class.
