Craig went out of his way to meet me and discuss how he could get my business. He understood my needs and wants,& I was able to finance through the company. The guys worked non-stop and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. I've already recommended this company to 2 of my neighbors needing roofs.

Very quick to reply and fix the problem. From initial contact to job completion was just one week. He would not accept payment until he personally inspected the job to make sure it was completed as promised.

Craig, and especially with his dad overseeing the restoration, replaced my roof, siding, and gutters, all after hail damage to my home in Muncie, IN. With little funds to pay my insurance deductible, Craig worked with me and the insurance company to completely restore the home, rather than only two sides with the hail damage, and with further negotiations between me and Craig, I saved a lot of the deductible payment. No gripes at all with this company and if I ever do anymore work to my home, I will call them first!

ARC put a new roof and gutters on our church! I have worked with many other contractors in my life but ARC went well above and beyond in every way. Use ARC you will not be disappointed! Most of our licenses require continuing education to retain them. ARAC also does a vast amount of training wit our Restoration Specialist. Project design and installation techniques are very important to ARAC. The industry is ever changing with exciting products and we love being a part of a innovative industry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Roofing represents 70% of our yearly business.Siding, window replacement and interior work comprise 30% of our current yearly business.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just completed a roofing project for the Wounded Warrior program. We love helping out our nations hero's.
