FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am enrolled in the Hospitality program at Ivy Tech Community College. I am seeking my Assosicates degree in the Culinary Arts. I have thoroughly enjoyed learning more about my trade and meeting others in my field as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to look at reviews and testimonials. Those speak for themselves. If a provider has a good reputation, the client is more likely to experience a positive experience with that provider.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
So many times we hear the comment "I could prepare that meal for so much less". And that is possibly true in most cases. A prospective client needs to remember that the catering profession is a business, and like all businesses, our goal is to earn a profit. As a caterer, I will not take advantage of my customers, but I would ask that they keep in mind that I bring expertise to the table. And I take care of the stress of providing the food and beverage for their event so that they can breathe easier.
