I have specific pricing structures for 30-60 min sessions, but also offer a variety of different programs and fee structures.

Comprehensive Health History and Needs Analysis to go over your health history, go over your goals and see where we need to start. 3D Movement Assessment Process to see how your body moves and where you need to start in your training program in regards to exercises and program design. Individualized Program Design based on all the above to design a program specific to your unique needs. Nutritional support and education to help maximize your results.
