He didn’t finished fully and lied about installing the trim. He left very messy, my tenants were very upset with his work. At the end up, he convince me to pay or else he will take everything off. I end up paying him before I see the work in person. Just be careful with scammer like him

I finished the job and you wasn’t trying to pay because your a dirty investor that wants work done for free. I can attach the finished photos to my account. It was a small kitchen flooring job that took 3 hours and you didn’t want to pay so I said I was going to remove the flooring?? I held up my end of the agreement and you have to as well. It’s not my fault you didn’t supply a transition strip. I don’t even know what to say.

What a loser! Called me a "cheap ass" cause I turned down the quote smh. Big red flags.
