I have never had a trainer before and this was definitely a new experience for me. I felt the time we trained was well spent! I wasn’t crawling away after all of our sessions, but was able to walk out feeing better! He was able so helpful and I feel like I actually took stuff away from our lessons! I would definitely recommend him!
