AR Home Restorations came out on short notice later in the evening to help me out which was great, given that my grand opening for my business was the next day and I needed some caulking done! I didn't think I would be able to find anyone on such short notice, but they did and it helped tremendously.
Ron replaced rotted trim near the top of our chimney at the roof line of our two story house. Ron worked for several hours in the hot sun and humidity to do this work. He replaced the trim, caulked it, and paint it. Ron did an excellent job and we greatly appreciated the effort and craftsmanship he showed during this project.
I hired Adam to caulk and paint the really high exterior portions of my home. He finished the project within two days. I was very satisfied with the finished results.
Great work. Got a hold of him last night and was able to set up an appointment first thing this morning. Jerry and his colleague arrived early for the job and got straight to it. I showed him all of the issues and he ended up replacing burst pipes leading to my bathtub (original job) and did a bunch of extra for me also (replacing old rusty valves and pipes and adding in insulation to prevent frozen pipes again). He walked me through everything he was doing and showed me all of the stuff that was bad and needed replaced. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant and efficient team for the job. Would definitely recommend.
We contracted with Ian Cheadle of Cheadle Construction (937.580.9098) on December 4, 2015, and we are very glad we did. The project centered around the replacement of carpeted and tiled flooring with 3/8 inch Engineered Hardwood in a glue-down installation. This was a project that we, homeowners, had started the previous May, but after completing our great room, the project lost momentum leaving our downstairs in a half-baked configuration. We were simply not looking forward to tackling the myriad of difficult cuts required for our front entry-way, parlor, and hallway, all of which are at odd angles to the walls opposite. In late November, we decided to hire a professional. We found Ian and contacted him via email and he came to our condominium ON TIME, sized up the work and had an estimate/contract prepared for us shortly thereafter. Some prices are a set amount, while others are by square-foot or linear foot. It was all clear up-front. We removed the baseboards, carpet, carpet liner, carpet tack strips, and tile ourselves, revealing a concrete sub-floor upon which the new project would be glued. We were not, however, able to chip away the mortar that was underneath the tile. Lucky for us, Ian had a tool similar to a jack hammer that was able to do that job. The particular choice of materials and the method of installation were ours, and were not products he had worked with prior. Ian listened to our own experiences and in addition did his own research, including contacting the company. So when he began work, he was able to hit the ground running. We should mention that this was "click and lock" flooring in name only; it takes some real persuasion with a hammer to get each piece to lay flat. And the glue, although a great product, is also very messy, requiring constant cleanup. The project also involved the installation of baseboards. We chose 1x4 common board, and did the sanding, priming, and painting ourselves, leaving the cuts and installation for Ian. He caulked all the gaps, leaving a finished, professional look. There were no surprises during the installation. Ian asked all the right questions, and turned our vision into reality in less than a week. Having done this work, ourselves, the previous May, I can tell you that his constantly cheerful attitude must be a superpower of some sort. So, now, the project is complete, the place looks great and we can once again welcome our cars into the garage, just in time for winter. This is a link to a photo on google drive showing some of Ian's work: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4P1TMU9HITkMWk4Y0dIVG0wSGM/view?usp=sharing We were delighted with how it all turned out. Jeff Dean has completed multiples job with outstanding professionalism and quality of work. The first job I hired him for was gardening/mulch/lawn care. I was so pleased I hired him again for bathroom renovations. New tile, tub, and paint. He did not disappoint again so he is now my go to guy for anything needed worked on around my house, inside and out!
Frank showed up when he said he would, he didn't try to upsell me on anything , when the project became more involved than we planned he didn't overcharge me . He was open to adding other small jobs as they came up during the project without charging me a fortune for the extra. I felt he was fair, kind, and competent . Definitely going to use him in the future. In all he replaced quarter round remodeled woodwork the dog had chewed, cleaned up great stuff insulation and caulk the bathroom , my renter's idea of insulation , patched plaster , hang light fixtures and ceiling vent. He also fixed two doors so they would close properly . I couldn't be more satisfied the price was very reasonable
I requested service to install insulation, hang drywall and paint area in garage. Istvan immediately responded to my request and offered to come out to inspect the work area. His quote was more than fair and it undercut the two other bidders by a size-able margin. Additionally, he was able to perform the work two days after the work area evaluation and quote despite my flexibility. He also was very friendly and professional and showed a willingness to complete the work whereas the other bidders seemed more reluctant. Istvan also kept me informed on his progress which made me feel included in the project. The final outcome was outstanding and he exceeded my expectations. I would recommend him to my friends and I look forward to working with him soon on future projects.
I met Mr Coleman while visiting in Dayton around 10 years ago, I'm a resident of Cleveland and he traveled here to repair the plumbing and some exterior flaws to my recently purchased home. JOB WELL DONE! !!!
Roberto Proctor did a small job involving drywall installation and paint. He performed the job as agreed and at a good price. Roberto is easy to work with and accomodating. I do not hesitate to give Roberto high overall marks and would hire him again.
Michael contacted me right after I had posted a request for work on my bathroom. His initial offer seemed fair and he was friendly and professional upon initial contact. I asked Mike if he could repair some drywall in my half bathroom and apply a coat of primer. He did an excellent and timely job in doing so and also added caulk to areas that needed it along the floor boards. His attention to detail was apparent in the quality of work he provided. In addition to the work Mike did on my bathroom, he also went above and beyond with patching up carpet that my dog had destroyed. While the work could have been easily done in one day, the mud used for the drywall required the time to dry before sanding could be completed. He maintained constant contact with me regarding the status of the projects as well as following up on when he would arrive for work. Mike's flexibility with my schedule was very much appreciated and he also did a great job with the clean up. I look forward to consulting with Mike on future projects.
Keith and his team were amazing Keith did exactly what he said he would do plus more. I am very happy with my kitchen cabinets and my florida room which is mostly trim painting. Plus I had new moulding which required alot of caulking that he did not know about upfront. Thank you Keith and Sharon!!!

Excellent job. Derek came out, made a very reasonable estimate, did an excellent job of repairing, did not rush or skimp on time in any way, kept me informed throughout the process, and fixed small problems he found that were not on the work order for no additional charge. I highly recommend his work and would hire him for additional work without a second thought.
We hired Nathan for an interior painting job. He communicated very well with us, letting us know if he was running a bit late, answered our phone calls with questions right away. Got the job done quickly, but very thoroughly-6 hours for 5 rooms. He even took on a bit extra and caulked an area that was open for us. Very reasonably priced and very friendly!
S & L Remodeling did a great job. They fixed the flashing around my chimney and the aluminum wrap. They called back and came at the appointment time that was set up. They had to get supplies and come back a second time, which they did in a timely matter.
We had a very satisfactory experience with Quincy. He showed up and performed what we wanted done quickly and safely. He and his crew cleaned up after the job was done and left us pleased with the work. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out that he also does plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, etc. A true jack of all trades. Again we were pleased with his work and would recommend having him do your needed projects, we will be using him again!
Byron did a great job installing our patio doors. I would recommend him to anyone with home improvement or remodeling jobs. He's a pro.
I'm young but I have been in this for 8 years. It's in my blood. My family has been doing it all of their lives. I do a great job for a great price.
