Jack was a SAVIOR!! He asked the right questions on what was my ultimate goal, and then explained the process and his ability to help me! He explained the level of difficulty and the ease of what needed to be done to my documents and the results I could expect. He was responsive from the first time we made contact. Setting up a time in which we could speak, so that he could understand what my needs were and how he could assist.
