- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard price in place which can only be set when we know style/type of fence
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a call is received we can make it to the customer usually same day but always within 48 hours. We typically can work around a customers needs when it has to be finished by a set date.
