- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing simple and honest. Every job comes with upfront pricing so you know exactly what to expect. If something changes during the job, I explain it before moving forward. Diagnostic fees only apply when troubleshooting is required, and they’re discounted from your repair if you hire me. I want you to feel comfortable, informed, and confident about every dollar you spend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide free estimates over the phone whenever possible. For more complex issues that need hands-on troubleshooting, I may recommend an on-site diagnostic to identify the actual problem. Any diagnostic fee is credited back toward the repair when you hire me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Applied Science, have 15 years of hands-on field experience, and I am a licensed plumbing contractor in the state of Indiana. My training includes both formal education and real-world expertise gained from working on residential and commercial plumbing systems throughout Northern Indiana.
