My hourly rates for event bartending is $20 to $30 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My number one goal is to make my customers happy. I take the time to listen to every detail and communicate thoroughly. The initial meeting with a new customer is critical as we establish the event details. After the initial meeting, I provide consistent communication with my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years. I have developed strong skills in various environments such as Family Dining, Casinos, Country Clubs, Private Events, Night Club and Banquet Bartending. I have many years of experience in management as well as Human Resource's. I follow all state and federal regulations carefully as I am consistently researching any changes to the laws and regulations. I have conducted many training sessions on exceeding customer expectations as well as Indiana Excise compliance.
