The landscaping couldn't have been better. The work exceeded my expectations. I also had dry wall repaired, and a new bathroom faucet installed. Gary did a great job putting up hangers and garage hooks in my garage too. I will be calling him for ANY projects at my home.

We hired Al to finish a bathroom that was essentially studs, rough plumbing, and unfinished electrical, and he did it all! He installed a window, finished a half wall, completed the plumbing, did a great job on the tile and drywall, installed fixtures, and who knows what else to make things right in there. He even painted the walls at the end! And he did it all for a great price. I recommend Al's work! But the best part about Al is that he is great to be around: Friendly, knowledgable, professional. Thanks, Al!

In August we had the Jokela group renovate a small bathroom in our house in Kalamazoo which was built in the 1950s. They removed the very old black-and-white checkered tile from the walls and then beautifully replastered them. The rest of the renovation (vanity, tub, surround, floor) went extremely well and my wife and I decided to ask for their help with another house we used to live in and still own. It is an old house in Lansing (built around 1920s). It needed a lot of work; Plaster, kitchen, roof, painting, carpet complete w floor plan changes in bath and kitchen, siding repair and more. It has been difficult in the past for me to find a full-service general contractor with the experience and the know how to solve problems in an older home like this. Many will simply not return my calls. Houses this old and older were often not built to accommodate modern developments in rooms like bathrooms-so redoing one in a house like this can be problematic. The Jokela group makes it look easy. More importantly, if and when unforeseen issues arise Dennis Jokela is quick to communicate and discuss options. Also, there were times when he noticed issues and made adjustments based on his experience and know-how that were right on track. I enthusiastically recommend Dennis and his crew for general contracting work. Especially if like myself if you have had trouble finding contractors who are knowledgeable about and willing to work on small, older homes.

Remodeled bathroom, He installed new drywall taped and mud. Installed New ceramic tile floor , installed cement board, laid the tile and grouted the floor and it looks beautiful. He also addressed some structural needs for the tub/shower and repaired. He was there when he said he would be. Careful with tools and supplies going in and out of the house( drop clothes, clean and neat about work space and protecting floors and surfaces. Fast and efficient excellent work. I have used His services in other homes remodeling and always find him knowledgable, and enjoyable to work with highly recommend! Excited to paint the room this weekend!

After calling Coloso, Tabitha responded immediately. She sent out some one right away to look at the broken fence and got me a very reasonable quote for the repair work. They finished the job as promised.

Jim hung pictures, drapery rods, replaced a door knob, replaced a faucet and handles, and replaced the fill valve in the toilet. He did a great job on those things! I was very pleased and would call him back again for future jobs! The only thing he was unable to fix was my leaky shower head. He did replace some parts but if didn't stop the drip. I will be calling a professional Plumber for this job. I don't doubt that Jim could do the job, but I want to have a Plumber tackle that one. Also Jim was very nice and friendly. I felt comfortable with him in my home.

Jeremy came and gave me estimates for some cabinet work that I needed. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and creative. He listened carefully to what I wanted and incorporated my ideas into his suggestions for reworking the cabinetry to fit the new area.

We look forward to using Steph on future projects. She did a excellent job on our new bathroom tile floors, and repaired several tile and repaired the grout on our existing kitchen tile floors. She got the work done in the amount of time she quoted, and didn't try to change/up the price after the work was done. Hardest working contractor I have ever had. I would recommend her to anyone.

I am not happy till the customers happy. I honestly don't want any unhappy customers. The only unhappy customer I have ever had was going to be unhappy no matter how good I did because she was cheap and thought she paid too much.
