- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally try to keep my rates low and competitive. My standard service call rates are $60 per hour with a 1 hour min. However this usually changes based on the circumstance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I assess the problem, and get a good understanding on what the customers needs are. Second I give the customer a quote. This includes labor and any parts or materials that may be required. Once the customer approves I order everything required and start the job as soon as possible!
