- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair and not gouge people or take advantage of people. I will not charge more than I tell you. No surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule an appointment to look at the job, I then give the customer a quote on the cost and explain the process of what I would do, I explain an approximate time to complete the job, we then set up a date to begin. I would need the cost of materials up front if applicable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for two professional drywall companies that were in business for 40 years at the time I worked for them. They trained me and taught me the trade.
