depends on how many days if one or two days a week $20 for 1 hr. If everyday a flat rate of $75. includes diet plan and workout routines and a lot of cardio
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting off with a test day to see were the person is physically and were we should go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently going to college for exercise science. I have trained with some really good athletes and learned a lot from them and gone to a lot of camps and seminars. all these I have installed in my workouts and works great.
