- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Raavel's Restorations we do not try to upsell! We strive to give the customer quality work at a value price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically come evaluate the project. Get an understanding of the customers expectations. If the project can be completed while on site, a price will be stated and if agreed upon work will be completed. If it is a bigger project we will put bid together and submit and estimate through email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have on staff a master carpenter with 40+ years experience as well as an experienced technician with 20+ years that can repair or replace most mechanical household issues.
