Raavels Restoration was extremely helpful in getting our hot water tank, furnace, and air conditioner back to working condition after this power outage that resulted in the flooding of our basement. They were very responsive and able to come that same day and their prices were very affordable. Mike was kind and patient with my elderly parents and explained the process and made sure that all repairs were necessary. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Mike is a true professional and excellent at what he does. I have an older house that had a gas leak and he came in on short notice and worked his tail off until the job was done to make sure that no leaks existed and we could get our gas turned back on. He is prompt, courteous, thorough, and super knowledgeable about all things, plumbing and HVAC. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will never charge you to walk in the door (unless your a landlord). I will explain the issue and possible causes. Give you a price to repair/replace and allow you to make an informed decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certified through IVY Tech but life long curiosity on how things work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After 15 yrs in a manufacturing plant I realized I was utilizing my talents in the wrong environment.
