FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New customers on lawn care will get up to 30% off what you currently pay for lawn care. For construction jobs, well let's just say I'm probably at least half of what you would pay if you called a company. I work very hard and very fast. I have always taken pride in what I do. I'm the type of guy that if something doesn't look right to me I take it down and redo it. Whatever I do to your home I assure you I would do to my own. And if I don't know how to do something that you want added to your project I will find the right guy to do it. I'm here for you, of you are unhappy by any means or afraid to ask questions, please don't be bc if I don't know about it you won't be happy then I won't be happy bc I want repeat customers and to have that relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Professionalism, listening to your thoughts and ideas you may have, and patience. Any time during construction there could be a change of ideas you may have or add ons. I am here for you. If you have anything to add or thought please tell me as I'm very easy to work with. I work very hard and want repeat customers. You have my full attention to your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
