- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge flat fees (based on the number of bedrooms & bathrooms) that you can see on our website: cleanmytribe.com It's simple and takes seconds to find out the price. We also offer some extras such as cleaning inside the oven, laundry and window cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients book us online. We check the details, send the confirmation, and then show up and do an amazing job cleaning. Afterwards we send out a survey and follow up with phone calls about quality of the work. That way we're always doing a better job for you each time :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professional techs all have many years of cleaning experience under their belts, and have been vetted so only the very best get hired. They are background-checked and courteous.
