I had a warranty on a portable dehumidifier. I reached out to some pros on Thumbtack and Ramil was very responsive and said he was familiar with dehumidifiers. We set an appointment for the next day and he was communicative when he had to adjust his time. He came out and disassembled the unit and diagnosed the issue. The warranty company was clear if a repair was going to cost more than the unit cost originally to not move forward. Ultimately he wasn’t able to repair as it required refrigerant, but he gave me the info I needed to get the warranty company to pay for the diagnosis as well as paying for a new unit. Would certainly use his services again.
