We have substantial documented evidence that the customer attempted to obtain repair services without payment. The technician requested that the customer sign the mandatory “Before Work Starts” authorization form. The customer refused to sign the document. Without written authorization, the technician is legally and contractually prohibited from beginning any repair work. This policy exists to protect both parties and ensure transparency regarding scope of work and pricing. The customer had previously replaced the drain pump herself, and the installation was performed incorrectly. Prior to the appointment, it was clearly explained that $99 represents the service call fee only and does not include repair costs. Call recordings confirm that this information was communicated in advance. The customer verbally agreed to a $225 repair cost but declined to sign the authorization form and ultimately refused payment. Additionally, the $99 service call fee remains unpaid.
