- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that I am competitively priced both in private classes and in board and train. I attempt to keep in touch with the going prices and still stay so that customers can afford my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by having a 30 minute question and answer period so I understand exactly what they are expecting of me. I make sure the customer understands the training aspects that I use so that there are no suprises on either side and I want to be sure we are both very comfortable with one another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Canine Good Citizen certified and I have taken an extensive course in dog training, but I feel that my experience has been a fantastic teacher.
