Felipe did a wonderful job installing hardwood flooring in our home. He was very responsive the entire time. They accommodated us into their schedule right away. Within a few days of my reaching out, the project was complete. He had one other man with him. They were very kind and respectful the entire time. They always cleaned up after themselves. Their price are very fair, especially for the quality of the work done. I will definitely reach out to them again for our next project.

They brought cabinet and counter samples to me and worked long hours through the day when delivery delays put the timeline at risk. My dude was 2 hours late, blaming traffic. I lined him out with the materials and how I wanted it. Came back to find he'd glued it upside down and wrong way facing out. He was very calm about it and said he'd fix it. I went from wanting to vomit with frustration to pleased with how it turned out. We had agreed on a price and paying with credit, but when the time came to pay, he wanted to charge me the credit card % on top of the agreed price. If he'd said that from the start, I probably would've paid it, but when I said no, he removed the surcharge. That being said, if he'd shown up on time and done what I asked the first time I also would've tipped. In the end, I got what I paid for, thus the 4 stars.
