- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by evaluating the extent of the project by looking and measuring the space, and take photos. (For new construction I work with the floor plans) I note all the existing elements and discover my clients vision, usage, and budget. Once everything is evaluated I estimate the time needed to complete the project. At this time I ask for a retainer to draft room layouts. Then once retained I put together a presentation of all the furnishings, work with contractors and trades men gathering estimates and ideas for the room and present to the client. Once decisions are made I will ask for all deposits to be made to get everything ordered and contractors working on your project. After all items are received at the receivers we schedule the delivery and installation and require all balances to be paid in full.

Majored in Fashion Design, then changed to Interior. Worked in Commercial Ints. In California, Furniture and Home accessory Manufacturers Showrooms, Retail Design firms, Owned and operated my own Residential Interior Design Firm for 15 years, Non-for profit organization (Suite Dreams Org.) working with Home bound children with lifelong illness and disabilities.
