These guys are great! Very professional and responsive throughout! Pricing was open and up front and they were creative and accommodating with my move which was a little complicated (home + storage unit + additional stop to get a couch I bought). I did have some minor damaged items but they were very professional about the whole thing and addressing my concerns. I never felt resented for submitting the claim and they made the process very easy. Frankly, given what and where they were moving things (several dressers and couches, and neither stairway was straight), it's a wonder more stuff was not damaged, and it certainly would have been if I did it myself with some friends or family. Their office and management staff checked on me both in person and over the phone during the move to make sure it was going well. These guys are worth every penny.

I hired You Move Me on July 1, 2016 and asked for only two hours of move-time, as that was all my budget would allow. The movers (Bobby and Trellis) were on time, professional, funny, and very, very quick. They had my entire home's worth of furniture and odds/ends loaded up in under an hour and spent less than the next hour unloading everything and even setting up my bedroom for me. Not only were Bobby & Trellis awesome, but Keith was so nice and flexible, even after I cancelled and rescheduled the move - TWICE. The whole experience was wonderful and I will be recommending You Move Me to all my friends in the Indianapolis area. I spent $189 on the move - coming in under budget, and was able to tip Bobby and Trellis $40. It was perfect, and made what could have (and usually is) a stressful situation feel much easier. Couldn't be a happier customer. Thank you Keith!

First of all I was very impressed with the quick response of the company willing to move us on a short four day notice. Three movers came and called prior to their arrival. They got right to work. They wrapped everything very meticulously and was very careful with everything. Not a scratch to be found and nothing broken. I have to say two of the three were very hard workers. The third guy was on his phone texting several times throughout the moving process and didn't seem to pull his weight. The Foreman which was the littlelest guy worked circles around everyone. They did go over the estimated time, but we did add a few other pieces of furniture to be moved. Also we have a very difficult staircase to maneuver around. But the goal was to have everyone safe and have our furniture arrival safely! And that it was. I would definitely use them again.

Moved a three bedroom home, and did it extremely well. The crew was prompt, polite, respectful of our property and ourselves, and went above and beyond in several respects. I am sure they devoted more time and resources than estimated, yet stuck to the estimate when it came time to settle up (I actually paid a little less). Some damage to an antique cabinet which they had repaired expertly and promptly. Some minor damage to a wall while moving a large sectional up a narrow stair, and that was repaired, too, the same day. Altogether could not have been more pleased.

We had to schedule a local move on fairly short notice. We found You Move Me on Thumbtack and had a fantastic experience. Brad came and did a thorough evaluation to give a firm estimate (+/- 20% which we found very fair). The team was prompt and took excellent care, not only of our belongings but of the corners and walls on which we had worked so hard in anticipation of selling our house. We will definitely use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military, senior citizen, and Westfield local discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always suggest scheduling a free onsite estimate. They take about thirty minutes depending on the size of your move, but they are very beneficial. A member of our managment staff would come to your home and starting location and go over all the details of your move to assure we cover all of your needs. From there we will be able to deliver you a quote based on your needs and get you on our schedule! At You Move Me the clients needs and wants always come first.

We have worked with a wide variety of customers, from small one hour moves, in home moves, to helping prepare for long distance moving.
