Appliance Repair or Maintenance

Washer wouldn’t fill. Once Justin arrived it worked fine! He determined that the issue was in the door lock mechanism. He found the part, but suggested I not order it yet. If the problem kept happening, he said I could call him and he would subtract today’s service call fee from the cost of the part. That sounded fair to me! Cost of “repair” $99 and he was done less than 18 hrs after I called to schedule the service. He also was completely professional and smiled (but didn’t laugh) when the washer worked fine the first time he tried it!

Appliance Repair or Maintenance

Needed advice for a repair/replace kitchen range decision. The tech was knowledgeable and experienced. Ultimately we decided to replace the oven because repair estimate did not make financial sense for stage of appliance life.

The repair man Michael was very honest. We decided to buy a new washer instead of putting money into the washer that was leaking. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Appliance Repair or Maintenance

Because a part had to be ordered for the fridge, they had to come twice to the house. I was glad that Michael came both times. He explained everything he was doing, was very careful when moving the fridge so as not to scratch the new wood floor. The office was also very good at keeping me informed when the technician might arrive. I will definitely use Duncan Home Services again for future appliance repairs.

Appliance Repair or Maintenance

Technician did a thorough diagnosis, and gave us a reasonable bid on repair, but we chose to replace the brain-dead (nonfunctioning mother board) range instead.

    1. Schedule an appointment time that works for you. BTW...You won’t experience the typical waiting on a repairman saga that could be all day. Our dispatch and scheduling system is the most efficient in the industry. (You’ll See) 2. We assess the problem, research parts if needed, create an exact quote to repair or replace. 3. Make repairs as agreed 4. Clean work area 5. Final- payment, email receipts, explain our 1 year warranty

    34 years experience....NATE Certified for HVAC and NASTEC Certified for appliance repair.
