This contractor could not work out hours around my work schedule so I had to decline. I advised them that I could not be available until noon or after when I scheduled the appointment . My appointment was for Tuesday 11-4pm. They called today around 10:30am and said they were on their way. Kinda of pushy when I had explained initially I would not be available.

The service man was very polite, checked my dishwasher out completely however wasn’t able to solve the noise complaint I had addressed, he suggested added in-depth research to see if they could correct the problem at cool tune of $$$.00 so I said no since it was 6 rears old. I’ll live with the noise until the part completely where is out, then I’ll buy a new one.
