This gentleman lacks integrity and has a suspended license. According to the contractor's board one is not supposed to even work with a suspended license. He also charged me more than 50% of the cost for the services that were not rendered. Upon finding his license status he was terminated immediately but refused to give the money or a part of it back! Please, please, check with the contractor's board and have some awareness of the law before you hire this man. Absolutely the worst experience with a contractor ever.
