I based my work on honesty. I believe life is service and that’s why I‘ve been a field customer support for almost 24 years. I work with personal computers (desktops, laptops), industry standard servers, storage devices and laserjet printers, I don’t work neither with inkjet printers nor with copiers. My specialty is HP and HPE equipment. Regarding software, I have knowledge of HP-UX, Windows, Windows Server and Linux operating systems, G suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Also, I’m a SAP Basis Certified Associated.
I’m new to the USA and I want to offer all my experience and skills to help customers on their computer related needs.
I enjoy fixing devices and recovering vital systems and data for my customers.
I work well with new or inexperienced users and also I like to help elderly people. I try to answer all my customers’ questions. Sometimes technology could be challenging and frustrating then, I always do my best to help my customers to succeed on getting their technological issues fixed.
