Jose gave me a very competitive quote. His company, EES services had many great reviews and a good website so I hired EES. Communication was excellent. Jose showed up at my house when he said he would even contacting 45 minutes prior to arrival. Jose gave me a copy of his company's current business license and insurance. He was extremely courteous and professional. My gutters needed serious attention. Jose and Natalie did a great job cleaning them out and flushing out my clogged downspouts. They continued to work after dark until the job was done. As we were taking care of the paperwork and payment I mentioned that my chimney cap had blown off during a storm. Jose took his ladder back off his truck that he already had put away and installed my chimney cap. I look forward to hiring EES Services again. Very nice and professional people to work with. We had a rather large mixed project of renovation and basement build, which included just about every craft trade; and Comfenergy pulled all the pieces together for us. They did a good job cleaning up along the way and afterwards, we also received a certificate for a cleaning service. Comfenergy kept the job site safe throughout my project. Since we were still living/working in the house during the project, there was constant communication to make sure everyone knew what was going on. We were in constant communication via email, phone and text with the John and all of the workers. I am satisfied with the quality of materials used. All of the materials were of great quality. I am satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. With this large renovation there were very few things that needed attention, and Comfenergy did a great job addressing them to make sure the final product was to our satisfaction and remained professional throughout my project. John and all of the workers were very professional, realistic and organized. Expectations were managed upfront and each part of the project was executed a balanced order. We had several phases to our project to ensure life balance during the construction. Our schedule was flexible and they worked with us every step of the way to get things done safely and correctly. There was a lot of work and scheduling that went in to our project. And so far with some of the hot/humid days that we've had, the house is comfortable and their are no signs of duct sweating in the walls. John went above and beyond for our family to make sure everything was done right so we won't have any future issues. He treated us more like family than customers, and made sure we were happy with everything. Comfenergy came up with a great plan and they were flexible with us when we wanted to add things along the way. We were in constant communication and all of my thoughts, ideas, concerns, questions were received, thoughtfully discussed and executed well.

SNG was an excellent company to do business with. Gary arrived right on time, very professional and polite, did a great job, and left the place clean after he was done with my chimney cleaning, back wall repair, and dryer vent cleaning. During the process we found that Mars Hill Realty stands out with their methodology, responsiveness and profressionalism. So far, we could not be happier with our decision to hire Mars Hill Realty. The owner Edward, service manager Justin, and other employees are all responsive, professional, and hard-working. The marketing team did a fantastic job to advertise and promote our property. Edward and Justin worked diligently to find good quality tenant for us. As a preventative maintenance measure, Edward also gave us great suggestions regarding easy repairs that can prevent future problems. Suddenly becoming a landlord is not easy, Edward and his team give us a lot of guidance along the way which makes this landlord experience quite pleasant. We highly appreciate it. In addition, after interacting with Edward and his team, their integraty and work ethics impresses us as well. It is absolutely wonderful to work with Mars Hill Realty. Knowing our property is in good hands gives us peace of mind while we are thousands of miles away on the west coast.

Christian Wells and his team are reliable, communicative, experienced, trustworthy and do great work. I had a large complete deck replacement by them and they customized so many parts of the project, including a custom lattice and cantilever solution. His team is so good that I recommended them to my condo board to perform roof replacement work for my townhouse condo association here in Dupont Circle, as well as recommending him as contractor for a new penthouse rooftop deck for another neighbor. Christian was awarded both contracts because everyone in my community saw how dedicated his team is and how good the work product is. I intend to use 5thGen Group for interior work, as well (we had a former lead contractor who was originally hired to transform both the interior and the deck, but proved unreliable and bailed on the deck job, so I used Thumbtack to find Christian/5thGen Group and I am so happy that I did!).

    We were a bit hesitant about listing our property/condo with a management company but we're so relieved we did! Initially, we thought we could do it ourselves on a military website but there was way too much involved (including time) & numerous frustrations so we did some research & selected Real Property Management Pros based on their reviews & favorable feedback from other customers. Noreen is our listing agent/manager & has been amazing to work with. During our first face-to-face meeting she explained the entire process in detail & took time to review each document with us. She has years of experience as a real estate agent & is a landlord herself so she offers life experiences as well & that certainly helped us make the final decision in hiring Real Property Management Pros. That was back in Sept/Oct 2016 & a great tenant was secured in Nov 2016 so the timing worked our perfect. Noreen was hoping to get a tenant in before the Holidays & she delivered! Monthly rental checks are now automatically deposited into our bank account timely & we can relax knowing our property is being managed from miles away.     I came into contact with Three Pillars from a co-worker. Because of work, I had to rent my townhome out for 18 homes. It was vacant for less than 2 weeks before a tenant was moving in. I never had any issues with my service. Towards the end of my service with this company, they began using an app that I could login and see details of my properties. They don't charge for inspections throughout the year. The price is unbeatable. I recommend them to anyone I know going PCS or TDY- as I didn't have to worry about my home while away. 5 stars from me.
