As the tag lines says, "Bill Knows Math"! We hired him for SAT math prep and we purchased the book he recommended, which he knows backwards and forwards. He leads very energetic tutoring sessions revealing his passion for helping kids learn the content. My daughter was more engaged than I've normally seen her with math. His help provided her the confidence she needed for the SAT.

Kendra was fantastic. Her entire process was thoughtful and she helped me to achieve my goals. I suffer from test anxiety and she was able to help me build my confidence and develop a great study strategy to excel on my GRE. I would highly recommend her to anyone who would like to increase their GRE/GMAT/SAT test score or needs their work peer reviewed. I also loved that her schedule was flexible and that she was able to meet me at multiple locations.

Reetika Bhardwaj: DAT Tutor I had a positive experience being tutored by Reetika. Observations I noted during our sessions include how patient she was and clearly knowledgable on the material. She knew the best resources to use to get the desired score. She was accommodating and flexible when it came to scheduling tutoring sessions. She doesn't know the PAT section of the DAT, but I highly recommend her to anyone who needs help in biology, chemistry or mathematics. She definitely simplified topics I struggled with.

My daughter was recently tutored by Sam for a college pre-cal/trig summer school course. The pace was fast and by the time we called Sam, she was in the fifth of her sixth week. By week 5 her grades were taking a downward spiral as the material was getting more complex. She was teetering on the precipice with a C-. After one intense week of working with Sam she finished with a B. He worked magic. He was patient and and an excellent teacher .I initially worried that he would be "too qualified" to tutor the course, but he was able to explain math to my rising sophomore college daughter, who has always struggled with the subject. He was the best math tutor my daughter has ever had. And a very nice man.

Club Z is a terrific program. We loved the in home tutoring. That saved so much time for us and we used the program for two of our daughters. We did a summer reading program and SAT prep course. The tutors were highly qualified and each of them worked really well with our girls. The tutors were also very flexible and that was so appreciated with a busy household full of schedule changes. Our students are better prepared for the upcoming challenges. We highly recommend Club Z.

About

I am attending Georgetown's full-time MBA program this fall, and I can't be any more excited about this! I have started my own math tutoring business. My day job is an actuarial consultant, where I must effectively communicate mathematical concepts on a daily basis. I have undergraduate degrees in statistics and economics from the University of Maryland (2006). I have a strong and comprehensive math background, but I specialize in tutoring the following: * GMAT Math * GRE Math * SAT Math * Stats In the past, I have spent about half of my time prepping people for standardized tests and about half of my time tutoring people enrolled in Statistics courses. You may also contact me for other services.

Kate helped my older child with TJ admissions and PSAT test prep. It helped a lot, I credit kate for the extra boost that helped achieve National Merit Scholar Semifinalist and an 800 on her Math SAT and TJ class of 2015. My younger child also found Kate's course offerings helpful and thinks that extra boost helped secure admission to TJ class of 2020. My kids looked forward to sessions with Dalby and Inspiring Test Prep and always found them enjoyable as well as helpful.

I worked with Lotus Prep when preparing to take the LSAT about a year ago. Before I started working with Michael, I was struggling to get the score that I wanted and needed to get into law school. After meeting with Michael twice a week for 3-4 months, everything started to click as he was able to help me simplify each question and pick the right answers, rather than over analyze which I had been doing. Through our sessions I was able to improve my score by 15 points. I applaud Michael for his patience and genuine service. I would highly recommend his company for anyone looking for tutoring services and achieving a more desirable score.

Eran worked with me for about 2 months on the GRE. He was very professional, prompt, and affordable. On top of that, he helped me improve my quantitative score by 10 points from one of my earliest practice tests to the results on my actual exam. I recommend him without reservation.

About

I provide individually tailored test preparation services for GRE and SAT test takers. The first two-hour session is diagnostic and free. After that, if we both decide we'd like to continue, the sessions are one hour, $25 per hour. I will be sliding the scale down to $8/hour available if you're a graduate student living on a stipend or otherwise have a very limited income. I offer my years of experience, individualized instruction, expert services, massive libraries of math problems, analogies, vocabulary lists, etc. What's the price for my services in tutoring? It's $25/hour after two free hours. What's the value of getting into your "stretch" college or university? It's priceless. What's the value of fellowship/TA/GA awards based on GRE? It's up to $60,000.

My daughter was ready to drop her AP Calculus class. She was struggling with a bad teacher and being the youngest in her class. Then we were introduced to Glenn Smith. Glenn changed her year! By meeting with her weekly in his "virtual classroom (Dabbleboard)" he was able to review concepts, go over homework and prepare her for tests. Glenn is a wonderful teacher! She went from struggling to getting straight A's in her class. Glenn also prepared her for the AP Calculus test. She got a 4! We especially like Glenn's flexibility. My daughter is extremely busy but Glenn could always accommodate her schedule. This is made even easier by the fact that all the instruction occurs on-line. There is no lost time due to commuting. It is an extremely focused and efficient way to tutor. I can't say enough good things about Glenn and our tutoring experience last year! We have already got his committment for this year (AP Calc BC), so hurry before all of his time fills up!

Charles goes above and beyond the call for all of his clients. He is accessible at all hours of the day and never stops thinking of ways to make your experience and learning better. Charles can tutor in a wide range of subjects, from pre-calc to SAT prep to advanced Calc I and II. I've never seen someone so committed to his students - you can't find a better tutor than Charles.

About

I give personal instruction in English to native speakers and those who are just learning the language. Each course of study is custom-designed to target particular problems: vocabulary, grammar, syntax, idioms and slang, oral or written communication. I also help prepare clients for the verbal and writing sections of standardized tests such as the SAT, GRE, GMAT, LSAT, MCAT, TOEFL and CLEP. Classes can be conducted online or at a site of your choice, in the day or evening, during the week or on the weekend. I offer a discount for two or more students. I’ve been an English tutor and writing coach off and on for almost 30 years. Most of my career has been devoted to writing and editing for newspapers and magazines, but I’ve also voiced radio news and taught ethics at the college level. Having lived abroad, I understand the challenges that foreign speakers face.

I am fortunate to be able to establish good working relationships with my students, serving as a mentor in addition to a teacher. Also, because I have been a tutor for more than 8 years in a variety of subjects, I have accumulated a substantial amount of study material: books, worksheets, quizzes, and tests. I have developed several tools to help improve students' study skills.
