Elite Drain Solutions continuously supplied all of the needed documentation and communication to ensure we were appropriately taken care of. Not only did they promptly communicate with our insurance company, but they also guided us within the proper channels to educate us regarding the process and Ohio building codes. Throughout the past year, the insurance company requested additional documentation on multiple occasions. Elite Drain Solutions came to our home as many times as necessary to provide this documentation. Ultimately, we were able to be approved for a full roof replacement.After our approval, Elite Drain Solutions maintained communication with us regarding our options for shingles, when the supplies were purchased, and when the replacement would be scheduled.The replacement was quick and efficient. All debris and materials were picked up and removed at the end of the day. We could not be happier with the look of our new roof.We had an amazing experience with Elite Drain Solutions, and we will always recommend them for anyone who may need a roof repair, replacement, or other work done to their home."See more
