Elin designed a creative program to help my 9 year old son prepare for his martial arts tournaments. My son definitely made improvements in his strength, agility and stamina. Elin was also able to fine tune his kicking and blocking skills since he has experience in various self defense/fighting skills. Elin is quick to respond to emails/text/calls and has tremendous knowledge in the art of exercise, bodybuilding and nutrition. I highly recommend Elin and his team for anyone looking for a professional personal trainer.

Instructor Brian has taught many classes I have attended for Taekwondo over the years. He is able to keep children in line but also still having fun with a mix of his commanding presence yet kind when needed teaching method. Like myself, I appreciate the high standards he sets with his own flexibility, strength, and skill level as an inspiration to his students to become the best martial artists they can be.

He's very professional when it comes to training. He utilizes Muay Thai as the basis for training (if you're willing to learn it). While training with him, it did not feel like I was working out, but I was rather having fun doing martial arts instead. He's very relax but will push you when he needs to. I highly recommended him.

Nick is an incredible motivator. Fitness has never been an joy for me, but he definitely makes it a fun experience. I always leave our workouts proud of myself and what my body can accomplish. All I needed was someone to push me to the max! When I get bored of plain ole work outs, Nick pulls out his martial arts skills to mix up the routine! Definitely going to hit my 2018 fitness goals now. Thanks, man!

Joshua is a phenomenal teacher and fighter of BJJ, Kickboxing and MMA. He tailors to your specific strengths and weaknesses, so that you get maximum value out of each class. He focuses on technique, fighting concepts, conditioning all the while ensuring you have fun during the process. Learning is everything here and he encourages self-filming or bringing in a partner to train with at no extra charge. The gym in a good shape, with all the necessary equipment and padding you would associate with MMA gyms. Joshua is constantly making improvements to the gym to keep it competitive and in good condition. He has many different types of classes and he is very flexible. It is no wonder why he has such a following, his knowledge and sincerity is rare in this industry.

Positive Impact Martial Arts is exactly that. An extremely positive and professional environment with experienced and encouraging instructors teaching modern and traditional martial arts. All instructors promote good health and a positive attitude at all times. I told them my desires from the class and received them. I was challenged to meet my goals and was given encouragement as I climbed the ladder. It’s awesome, they have classes for adults and kids! You may have the option to train with your child! This is definitely the place to train and there is always something new to learn in class or in one of the seminars.

This is not a typical self-defense class. This is a re-training of my mind to better understand the physical forces at work, so I can then retrain my body to respond in a most efficient way. I am already feeling more empowered and in charge of my body. This is flowing over to my mind as I begin to take more control over decisions I make and relationships I am in. This is a self-defense class for my entire being- not just my body.

I could not have found a better boxing or martial arts gym in the entire Metro area. My boxing instructor, Frank Sheppard, is an excellent, helpful, patient teacher who knows exactly what he is doing. The other martial arts classes also look like they are run by highly knowledgeable professionals. I rate Bowerhouse Academy as outstanding.

I have been going to Mr. Tull since I was 5 years old and now that I am 30 years old I am glad that I can still learn martial arts from this wonderful teacher. I really enjoy his style of teaching martial arts and have learned a lot from him over the many years I have known him. I have been to other martial arts studios and no teacher has come close to Mr. Tull.

Brown's karate provides excellent instruction in the martial arts. I am over fifty years old and haven't been in better shape since I was in college. I started a little over four years ago and plan to continue for a very long time. You won't find a program lead by a more committed person dedicated to providing affordable and quality classes.

I would Highly recommend Anthony for any of your fitness and personal training goals. Also he's a highly skilled martial arts instructor. I started Muay Thai training in February of this year with Anthony and my skills have improved tremendously. Previously I went to a chain franchise Kickboxing place and when I started training with Anthony I realized I had been taught so many things incorrectly. If you wany to learn Proper Technique hes your guy! Along with Muay Thi training I completed a 8 weeks glute growth program that I was AMAZING results from! I achieved the definition and growth that I wanted. Lastly this past week I started Jujitsu training with Anthony and it was Great! The most tired over ever felt after a workout. So if your looking for a Personal trainer, Martial Arts Instinct, Meal Plans, Overall health and wellness look no further! He's the right guy 😁😁
