I worked with several lawyers before choosing Maria Coyle to handle my divorce. First, of all the lawyers I interviewed, she was the ONLY one who actually read the concerns I had and addressed them before I even signed on with her. Then, she was efficient, polite, concerned and absolutely (SHOCK AND AWE) honest with me in each and every step along the way. The fees were realistic and the work exemplary. I would recommend her without hesitation and plan to use her services again for meeting other personal legal needs. If you're looking for a lawyer who will treat you like a thinking person who isn't looking to get ripped off or tripped up, this is the lawyer for you.

I have had a great experience working with Jay. He was highly responsive, actively listened to the intricacies of my legal matter, and ultimately provide me some great options for resolution. His retainer was very reasonable, and I feel I received great value for the money paid. I will continue to retain him as my personal attorney for corporate law matters, and would highly recommend him to others.

About

Many people who have just met me ask, "Were you raised by your grandparents?" Sadly, I didn't have the opportunity to know my grandparents, but I think their comments reflect the idea that my parents raised me with many ideas that are now seen as "old fashioned," ideas such as, "If you're going to do anything, do it with all of your heart," or "Respect yourself enough to do your best; a piece of you is reflected in everything you touch." I honestly believe the lessons I was taught, which is why I've been successful in some of life's major goals, like paying off my home before the full mortgage was due, or losing a good deal of weight. I'll be very honest and say that many times, I've met people who remember having met me, and I've had to admit not remembering them. I've felt badly about that, but it also makes me feel proud to be memorable.

About

Maryland Family Mediation believes that most people have the potential to find solutions to their own disputes. We help you and the other parties in the conflict or lawsuit settle difficult conversations over problematic issues. We intercede over family issues which may involve your spouse, partner, parents or adult or minor children. Whether your concerns are separation and divorce, parenting plans, mixed families or seniors and care giving, we can guide the discussion, so you can make decisions over the complicated challenging issues that you and your family are facing. Past clients have complimented our "calm approach" in mediation as it enabled them to have open and honest dialogues, venting their differences and finding workable solutions. Mediation looks forward rather than backwards. It does not dwell on blame for past mistakes but instead looks onward and helps families come up with options for the future. Thus, parents who are in the throes of a divorce need mediation to help them figure out their role as a parent when they're no longer married. Mediation can help divorcing parents make arrangements over who makes the decision-making for the children, who takes them to the dentist or doctor, or who picks them up after sports training. This is a crucial process for moving forward and staying out of conflict. We have more than 30 years of diverse legal experience in both private and public sectors. We have training in collaborative law as well as more than 300 hours of specialized and advanced mediation and alternative dispute resolution training.

I was privately coached by Sterling Harris; this was done over the phone and Skype as Sterling was in the USA and I am in South Africa. We 'met' regularly and Sterling was 100% reliable, always there, even when I wanted to just chat in between sessions. We never had a missed appointment. He was amazing in that he helped me to come to a realisation - it was something I battled with - and it helped my life enormously. In fact I came up with a saying, and to this day I read it most days. The coaching was done over about three months, and I found that that was the minimum time I required. I was perfectly happy about my changed attitude, so much so that it is the way I think now - quite differently. I had also worked with Sterling a couple of times, first was in the States, and the second when he came to South Africa. Each time I have been impressed, and so far I have never heard anything other than how he has helped people - from all walks of life, whether business, entrepreneurs or private. I am also impressed that Sterling has a thirst for knowledge, and that combined with his curiosity and his amazing listening powers makes him up to the minute with both his updated knowledge and his application for both his clients and himself. I wish I could help him by giving feedback where he could improve - but am at a loss for words - there is nothing I can offer for him to improve. He does that all by himself. I’ve meet with the dialogue group team, as was mentioned 30 minutes of initial consultation were complimentary. The matter was handled in a professional and concise way. There were no hidden fees and the flat rate was very reasonable compared to other entities. I recommend using Dialogue Group LLC for people who are looking to solve their problems in a fast, cost efficient and hassle free environment.

Ms. Bowman is an excellent tutor who is committed to assisting children achieve their full potential, both academically and socially. As a former Co-Coordinator of the Saturday Tutoring Program sponsored by the Upsilon Tau Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, I worked with Ms. Bowen for nearly 8 years. During this time, I personally observed her ability to work with elementary school students. She is highly qualified to teach math, reading comprehension and other subjects using novel and easy-to-learn methods that appeal to students at all grade levels. Her personal style and ability to relate to and communicate effectively with students allows her to establish a productive learning relationship with her students. Students are never talked down to nor does she become impatient with them. If someone does not grasp a concept, she simply begins again or tries another approach. Patient and observant, Ms. Bowman engages her students and seeks to get to know them on an individual basis. She encourages them to share their academic achievements as well as their challenges and defeats. By encouraging this type of interpersonal interaction, she is able to foster an environment where students are willing to work with each other, share their talents, and become more confident in their abilities. Ms. Bowman provides intellectually stimulating assignments that not only build upon the students existing knowledge base but also challenges them to develop the best approach for solving any academic issues they face. Her instruction is focused and results in a deepening of students’ study skills, confidence in asking for and receiving help, and academic mastery. As a direct result of her efforts, students who are failing or performing below grade level should experience marked improvement as evidenced by improved grades and performance on state assessment tests. Because of her teaching ability and commitment and dedication to the academic success of children, I highly recommend Ms. Bowman as a tutor. I believe that anyone engaging her services will find that they made the right decision. Tonya R. McCullough

Virginia Colin was an excellent choice for our mediator. She was a true professional who took the time to understand our divorce situation and draft up a settlement. We saved thousands of dollars in expensive lawyer fees by using her. Whenever the mediation became tense, she immediately knew how to diffuse the situation. Her strengths are her objectivity, her calm demeanor and her listening skills. After about 10-12 hours of mediation (we had two children, lots of investments/pensions, two cars and a house!), we were able to come up with a settlement that worked for both of us. She's the best!

About

I am a mediator for all kinds of conflict resolution or prevention (Relationships are my specialty.), a life and business coach and information and energy security consultant. When disagreements of differences of opinion surface, conflict is often the inevitable result. When there are children involved, they are the most vulnerable victims of conflict. Having a plan to guide you through these issues can make all the world of a difference for those you love most, especially your children. Having a plan for success in life or business minimizes the chances of failure. It costs more money to go "solo" for without the advice of a coach or consultant; you often miss critical elements of the decision-making process. I can be that extra set of eyes and ears to help balance your weaknesses with strengths that you either don't possess the time or ability to obtain for yourself.
