Working with Brittany on our All Night Grad Party was a wonderful experience. She was so prompt in all our communications whether via text or phone calls. She jumped right in with ideas when we shared what we were looking for. She was a lot of fun spending time with her and the folks she had helping her. Her prices were very reasonable. Everyone was impressed with the way the venue looked and we received many compliments on the balloon chandeliers. This was the first time she'd ever done an event this big and she nailed it. I would definitely use her services again and hope that I have the opportunity to do so.

I connected Lalmoya with my friend and he decorated their wedding this past July. It was amazing working with him. I was very impressed by the decoration and especially impressed by the entrance gazebo decor with these hanging glass birdhouses with rose and gems inside. It was quite romantic and appropriate for the event. I have then connected him with a few other friends weddings and will continue to do so.

She is a professional and she recommended to do an organic balloons backdrop with my son's initials cutout and it looked amazing! Julie was out of town when I contacted her, she said she would be back in the DC area the next day and would be available to do the party. Julie was at the venue early and did my client very happy. April was extremely professional, and service was excellent. We had two helpers at the appointed time with not only everything they said they would bring, from ice to glasses, but also tasteful accent lighting. Communication was excellent and she was very responsive to all requests. We used her for set-up, clean-up, serving and bartending for a party for which we were having food delivered. She was very careful with our antique serving pieces, stayed until everything was cleaned and put away, and left our home spotless. Highly recommended.

Oh my goodness.. She is fantastic!! I have four kids and have had their face painted hundreds of times, but she is by far the best I have ever seen. I am not just saying that.. We had a party with 25 seven year old kids and they left so happy.

From the first e-mail interaction through the completion of the party, Greg was a total professional. Greg did a fantastic job with my party. I had about 35 people in a reserved area of a larger bar in a hotel. Not only did my guests all love the music Greg played, he ended up packing out the rest of the bar area. And, his pricing was extremely competitive. I could not be happier with Greg's work and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ.

It is hard to know where to begin with this review... Tiffany Green and her staff were amazing in their level of professionalism, support, and courteous service throughout our event. We were celebrating our daughter's marriage and, as with any large party, there were a few glitches at the outset. Tiffany and staff arrived and saved the day -- helping us to quickly organize the platters, plates, beverages, etc. -- allowing us to step back and enjoy the experience. Angie of Honey Do Planners is the BEST Planner!! I needed help planning my girlfriend's baby shower. I took on the task to plan the shower myself for her because unfortunately all her close family and friends reside out of town. I had no clue what I had gotten myself into. So I decided to make it a full baby shower party with 65 guests. I did a search on Thumbtack and I hired Honey Do. Angie is very professional, understanding and kind. In a nut shell she's awesome! She helped me every step of the way answered all my questions, made herself available when needed, and gave me many options to make the event special. Honey Do knows the ins and outs of planning events. With a beautiful local office and vendors on her team, she created and crafted the event to be awesome. It was better than what I had believed I could have of done on my own. Every detail was talked about and discussed and we developed a great working friendship. I would recommend Honey Do to any and everyone who is looking for a planner. Her cost were fair and reasonable. I had so much fun and I'm very pleased it all came together. I wasn't disappointed nor were the guest or the Guest of Honor. She absolutely loved it!!! I would definitely ask the Honey Do Team to plan my next event and highly recommend them to prospective clients.

Just had a great event yesterday, planned by Lisa McGillin of ELG Event Productions - a Celebration of Life for my recently deceased husband could not have been more perfect from any perspective. Another planner had left me hanging with no arrangements, 2 weeks before the event date, but Lisa rode to the rescue. Good deals arranged for full service catering, equipment and furnishings, flower arrangements, momentoes for the guests, terrific bar service - and it was all put together like magic despite the short planing window during this already busy party season of graduations, weddings, etc. Lisa made it special in a hundred ways. I have made a new friend in Lisa at a time when friends mean so much. My husband would have loved every minute of this special celebration!

Jacqueline is a true professional in every sense of the word. She coordinated a wedding I worked on and did so flawlessly! She sent detailed emails requesting information and relayed it to the bride we worked with. She was also great on checking in regarding my estimated time of arrival and following up with me to provide the location of the bridal party the night before. She is responsive and a joy to work with. She seemed very knowledgeable of every detail and even tracked down vendors who she thought were running late. The overall experience was good with Extravagant Affairs Catering Event Rentals and Decor. The Staff was very professional and punctual and the service and decor and set up was excellent. I wish I could give this vendor an Excellent review, but we were asked to pay for a hot box for the food and our food was cold. All of our guest complained about their food being cold. The beef was tough, the chicken was dry and most of the guest didn't even eat their food. The food was very disappointing and it took away from the excellent job that Shovanna and the rest of her team did with pulling together a really beautiful ceremony and reception.

Wow, I can't say enough nice things about Lynn! She is so easy to work with, and so warm, it's like planning your wedding with a friend. I went with day of coordination, which really was more of a month of planning the timeline and getting the details cleared up, plus actually organizing your vendors on the big day. Lynn came to the venue walk-through and asked all the right questions of venue management that I would never have thought of! She made a very detailed timeline and coordinated with all my vendors and my bridal party, she ran the rehearsal, plus she ordered the table linens, and arranged all my decorations. She went above and beyond! They day ran so smoothly because of her. She's always quick to respond to email, and great at offering advice. Her rates are a steal, and she doesn't nickle and dime you for every little thing like some planners. I highly recommend her!
