She does a really great job at demonstrating and guiding you through poses, and it helps that she has a soothing voice!😌 I especially like her incorporation of yoga blocks and straps, her poses help me get the deepest stretch and I always leave feeling completely stress free. You can tell that she is passionate about yoga, and she is an awesome person to talk to or share things with before or after class. She's incredibly genuine, and she fosters such a welcoming and peaceful environment. I absolutely recommend her."See more
