What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I will visit the job site and evaluate what I need to do to meet the customers expectations. Then I will create a plan with an estimate and deliver it to the customer for review/acceptance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self educated by owning a dozen rental houses for the past decade, and needing to maintain these houses affordably. My family history includes a 130 year family owned wholesale plumbing supply business which is where I learned all about plumbing from the pros.
