I charge $18/hr. (time traveled and time cleaning) no matter how big your house is or what you need cleaned.
I provide detailed home cleaning, deep cleaning, short-term rental and Airbnb vacation turnovers, hoarding and chronic disorganization cleanups, cleaning real estate and getting it ready to sell on the market, and move-in/move-out cleaning for apartments and houses. Post-construction cleaning is available on a case-by-case basis. I'm a one-person cleaner, so you get 100% of my time, attention, and effort every visit. If I have to spend 4 hours on a bathroom, or a whole day on a filthy kitchen, that's okay with me- I'll clean it until it's spotless 😊

For health and safety, I do not work in homes with pit bulls, cockroaches, fleas, or bedbugs, as I clean multiple properties and must protect all of my clients; I don't want to risk cross contamination.
I will travel to Council Grove, KS and Madison, KS in addition to all areas of Lyon County, Kansas. I add my travel time to the total hours worked and billed (example: 1hr travel = $18; ½hr = $9; time rounded up to the nearest ½hr) and the customer will pay me at the end of each day.
