FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe everyone should have access to great design. Jennifer Polley Interiors offers a variety of services to fit most budgets, from Full Service Design where I take care of the details and charge hourly fees to Design Time blocks purchased in increments of 5 hours to eDesign purchased by the package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first I like to do is have a complimentary Discovery Call with any potential client. If we decide we are a good fit, we move on to the Design Consultation. This is where I get to know you and your space. We will discuss the project in terms of your wants and needs, the function of the space, expectations, timeline and budget. As a project moves forward, I work in a pretty specific way, following a proven project management process involving 3 phases - Planning, Execution and Project Closure. The process ensures that we stay on track with timelines and budget and that you know what to expect every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Interior Design degree with an emphasis in Kitchen and Bath design from an accredited NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association) design program and am an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
