- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard carpet cleaning prices which include spot treatment and deodorizer are $75 for 1 area, $90 for 2 areas, $110 for 3 areas, and $30 per area for 4 areas and up. I charge $2.50 per stair and include any average sized hallways and closets for free. Extra charges may apply in extreme cases of heavy soiling, or pet stains. My upholstery prices are $125 for a sectional, $100 for a sofa, $80 for a love seat, $50 for a chair and $40 for an ottoman. This also includes spot treatment and deodorizer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide an accurate estimate via text or phone call as long as I'm given the exact amount of rooms, stairs, furniture etc. and then we will find an appointment time convenient for you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started carpet cleaning about 7 years ago. I purchased a used portable machine and began cleaning carpets for my friends and family. My business quickly grew through word of mouth and I was able to purchase my first work van with a truck mount a few years ago. I haven't looked back since.
