- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m very thorough and make sure I know exactly what you are looking for so there’s no mistakes or confusion. I like my clients to feel confident and comfortable so they feel like they don’t have to worry about a thing… especially for those who are trying to manage a million and one other things for their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree in catering and hospitality. Level 3 confectionery & patisserie & a degree in hospitality management.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing private events and dinner parties for the past 15 years. I’ve only been catering in the USA for the past 7 months as I’m British and moved here full time in December 2023. I started my business here and have already done a number of events around my private chef families I cook for. My ideal is to fill my weeks with dinner parties and events as that’s what I love doing the most.
