Jim did an excellent job finishing our basement. Quality and communication was excellent and his labor rate was significantly less than other quotes received on Thumbtack. Highly recommend! He also completed a handful of other small jobs, mainly electrical, while working with us this past month.

Jim of Kerby Construction did a fantastic job rehabbing the screened porch. No surprises, on time and the finished job exceeded my expectations. The porch was riddled with wood rot, loose and torn screens, and had poor drainage. I can now use the porch the way I wanted when buying the house. I recommend Kerby Construction for these kind of projects without hesitation.

my labor fee is $ 60.00 per hour ,i deliver high quality work at a good price. consultations are almost always free depending on size of job. its important customers understand every job is different price wise so in person consultation is always necessary .

I go look at a job then we come to an agreement on pricing.

I trained for 5 years to become a journeyman carpenter and millwright.
