- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will chit chat though texting or messaging. I will find out what kind of session they are interested in and what their goal is for their finished product. If they decide to book me I require a deposit to reserve their date. I always keep in touch with my customers even after their finished product is delivered. This isn’t just s job and a way to make money, this is my passion and one of my favorite parts in this business is building relationships and keeping those relationships ongoing even after the job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a photography class in college many years ago, but it wasn’t my style and what I personally wanted to invest in. I now take courses at my own pace at an online academy that I pay monthly for, that suites my style.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always did photography as a hobby, I followed photographers wanting to be like them one day. But I think what really pushed me to where I am today was after my son was born. I just wanted to capture all of his milestones and little moments and it eventually turned into something bigger than that.
