- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, upfront pricing based on the scope of each project. Whenever possible, we quote projects as a complete job so you know what to expect before work begins. We accept multiple forms of payment and offer a 5% labor discount to active-duty military members and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your project and, when appropriate, visiting the property in person. We’ll look at the work, discuss your goals, answer questions, and identify anything that could affect the project. From there, we provide a clear estimate outlining the work to be completed. Once scheduled, we communicate throughout the project so you always know where things stand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from more than 25 years of hands-on work in construction, property repair, welding and fabrication. I also spent nine years in the U.S. Army, where attention to detail, problem-solving and doing the job correctly became second nature. Over the years I’ve worked across a wide range of trades and projects, giving me the experience to diagnose problems, develop practical solutions and handle everything from detailed home repairs to larger remodeling projects.
