Cesar is very professional and reliable! He gave me a quick estimate, and right away I felt confident in his work. From start to finish, he was responsive to all my questions and always took the time to explain what was being done. He comes by and said that he will work with us…that is three weeks ago and we still waiting on his call, the problem with this people is that they don’t have enough people to work with them and they keep getting more jobs than they can handle. Please just be honest.
