Hire Piang. One of the easiest transactions I’ve ever had with a contractor. I had a problem with a downspout and also needed an expert opinion on a lingering drainage water issue I had been dealing with. He came out within 2 hours. Gave me a fair quote. Went right to the hardware store to grab what he needed and was done within an hour. He then spent some more time probing for the other drainage issue I had and he figured it out and had some simple solutions to a problem that I had spent years thinking of what to do. As he was packing up, he noticed one of my second story gutters was not fully connected. Went and got his ladder and fastened it back together free of charge.

Paing was the only person I hired for a couple of gutter repairs that showed up quickly. He was so ready to go that he almost went to get materials before we agreed on price. Once we cleared that up, he fixed it promptly. He also noted a drainage issue where my gutter wasn’t properly balanced and had standing water. I appreciated him calling that out as an option to fix.

Paing Kwee responded to my request within a few minutes. He came out the same day and spent several hours literally scrubbing and scraping debris from my gutters, gutter guards, and shingles. The roof and gutters look brand new! He was the hardest worker I think I've ever seen. He took plenty of before and after photos. Very thorough and professional. He even sacked up all the debris after he was done. I would definitely hire this company again!

Paing called shortly after I submitted my request for a pro. He immediately identified issues with my gutters and pointed out areas where water was leaking and not flowing sufficiently. He did an amazing job. It rained pretty hard just as he finished the job, and water that usually leaked through the gutters had stopped. I will hire him again for gutter maintenance.
