About
I worked as a subcontractor for a major hardware store for several years, and during that time I learned the importance of professionalism, quality work, and customer service. I decided it was time to build my own path and treat customers the way they should be treated by every company. I am in business because of my customers, and I truly appreciate every opportunity to work in someone’s home. What you can expect from me is 100% customer satisfaction, respect for your home and for you as a customer, and clear communication throughout the entire job. I offer fair prices that come with peace of mind knowing everything will be done the right way and with a high level of responsibility and care. I like to keep my customers involved by explaining what I am doing, answering questions, and providing honest advice when needed. I am always on time, I confirm appointments, and I keep my customers updated about my arrival. Respect, communication, fair pricing, and quality work are the most important parts of my business. Yan was easy & pleasant to deal with. He was very helpful in starting up my TV, not just mounting it! He did a great job of cleaning up & hauling away the packing & old TV. I would certainly consider him for future projects!

I tried to mount my own tv and quickly realized that it was something I should have left to a professional. I reached out in the middle of the night, desperately as my tv was hanging on by a thread. He responded quickly and was at my home first thing in the morning to right my wrong! He was professional and worked really fast. I will definitely be booking him again if a need arises.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started by handling small repairs when I began working for a storage facility in New York City. Tenants frequently complained because repair requests took a long time to be processed. Seeing this, I decided to take initiative and fix whatever I could myself.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a customer who bought her home a few years ago, and the washer and dryer were included with the purchase. Recently, the washer failed, so she used her home warranty to get it replaced. However, the warranty company was unable to install the new washer because it would not fit through the basement access. After I had already installed a range for her, she contacted me to handle the washer installation. Once on site, I explained that the wall and door section had not been in place when the original washer was brought into the basement. I carefully and methodically removed a section of the wall and the door, installed the washer, and then reattached everything exactly as it was—without needing any additional materials.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend taking the time to read reviews and not simply settling for the lowest price, as that can often end up costing more in the long run. If you request a quote and the response doesn’t work for you, don’t just stop texting—have a conversation with the professional. Talking things through can often lead to a better solution and a more accurate quote.
