- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will establish contact with the customer and get the job information and their contact information. Then set up an appointment and establish a scope of work for the project. Lastly I will formulate a mutually beneficial estimate or bid, and if that is agreed upon. I will start work on the project and complete within a timely manner
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From a young age I was helping my Dad in the wood shop, a finish carpenter by trade, he was always doing something different. From cabinets to trim work. I formed a great foundational knowledge. More recently, after getting out of the Airforce, I have worked for contractors and remodeling companies doing everything from outdoor structures,decks and major remodeling to minor home repair and maintenance, and woodworking on my own time.
