Hired on Thumbtack
I communicated with Element Outdoor on Saturday and arranged to have them come out on Sunday morning to complete a lawn aeration service. They confirmed that morning they were coming at 9:15a. They never arrived, and have not responded to any texts since nor answered their phone. Surprisingly unprofessional and unreliable. I would stay away from this company.
