- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master degree in social work, bachelors in psychology, associates business. I also have certifications for office management, bookkeeping, data entry, transcribing, medical record systems, first-aid, rbt, many others. I have taken many trainings to have backgrounds/better understandings of areas I love to continue learning and expanding my skill sets. Some of the ones I have done are: basic event planning, advanced leadership, deescalation tactics, microsoft office, excel, billing systems. I have owned two successful businesses that I have sold to other owners.i take a great pride in remaining confidential/hippa and ethical compliant.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love networking, meeting diverse people and traveling as well as making my own schedule. I enjoy waking up and every new day having a new adventure for me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Wide range of diverse cultures and environments both personal and professional. I am very adaptable and make sure I understand expectations and the whole vision/purpose of the job.
